The customer should be residing in Kundapura or should be within 10-15kms from Kundapura.
If the customer is within the above said range:
They can show their own ID proof to get verified.
We may do a background check if found necessary.
If the customer is not residing in Kundapura or is not within 10-15kms from Kundapura, he/she can get verified by doing the following:
He/she can get verified by another verified customer.
He/she can get verified by showing any ID proof of Kundapura Localite.
We may do a background check if found necessary.
The verified customer can book our products or equipment by contacting us through Whatsapp, Email or phone call.

On successful booking, the customer should reach our collecting points Gulvady, Basruru, Hangluru and Kundapura.
At collecting points:
We will first receive your ID proof & we will keep it with us as security.
On receiving the ID proof we will collect 50% of the total rent amount in any preferred mode of payment.
After receiving the 50% of the amount we will handover the booked items to the customer.
The customer should inspect the booked items before accepting.
The customer is liable for any damage occurred to the booked items during the booking period. For which he/she should reimburse the cost of damage or buy us a new product with the same specifications and quality (in good condition) as the booked item.
After expiry of booking period the customer should return the booked items.
Where, Booking for 1 day = 24 hrs
(Example: If the customer books for 1 day, he/she should return the booked items within 24hrs from the time of receiving the camera.)
The customer should return the booked items on or before the expiry of Booking period.
If the customer fails to return the booked items on time due to for any reason (like lost, theft, accident etc...), he/she will be liable to reimburse us the cost of the booked items or buy us a new product with the same specification as the booked items and the new product should be in good condition.
The customer can cancel the order at any given time.
The customer will receive full/part of total booking amount refunded based on the following conditions:
If the customer cancels the order 24hrs (1 day) before the booking period starts, he/she will be completely refunded.
If the customer fails to cancel the order 24hrs before the Booking Period, he/she will be refunded their respective total amount after deducting the Fixed Booking charges.
(Fixed Booking Charges: ₹ 100/-)
The customer is liable for any damage occurred to the booked items during the booking period. For which he/she should reimburse the cost of damage or buy us a new product with the same specifications as the booked item and the new product should be in good condition.
(So it is advised to check the booked items before accepting it)
Verified Customer: The customer who has been verified by us (MyCam).
Booking Period: The period for which the item is booked. (Example: 1 day booking = 24hrs booking period, 2 day booking = 48hrs booking period)
Booked Items: The item/items booked by the customer on rent.
Fixed Booking Charges: The non-refundable fixed amount charged on the customer if the customer fails to cancel the order 24hrs before the Booking Period.
